Booth space is available for Eastside Bloomington, Inc. members.   Not a member?   Not a problem!   It's easy to join - just contact Barb Leininger at (812) 334-0553.   Most festival activity will take place at Eastland Plaza, 2500 E. Third Street, between College Mall Rd. and Woodscrest Dr. The 5K is on a course that starts & finishes at Bloomington Hardware.

Booths available at EastFest for $250.00

Utilities, if needed: $50.00 extra

Craft Tables available for $75.00

Your booth fee covers:

• 10' x 10' tented area
• Electricity, if needed
• Fresh water, if needed
• Waste water disposal facility

You Supply:

• Your own tables and chairs
• Your own food serving equipment, if needed
• Your own coupons, flyers and other materials to distribute to customers

Festival Guidelines

• Deadline for reserving booth space: May 15, 2008.
• Participation fees are non-refundable.
• It is the intention of Eastside Bloomington, Inc. to hold this festival regardless of weather conditions.  However, if inclement weather forces the closure or cancellation of EastFest, there will be no rain date.
• Food servers must comply will all requirements of the Monroe County Health Department, including obtaining any necessary permits.  Food sanitarians will inspect all food booths on the day of the event.  We recommend that food servers contact the Monroe County Health Department at (812) 349-2543 for food-specific information.
• No alcoholic beverages may be served at EastFest.
• Since the festival is being held outdoors, uneven surfaces are inevitable – be prepared to level your tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  We regret that we will be unable to accommodate special requests for booth locations.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants will indemnify and hold harmless EastFest, Eastside Bloomington, Inc. and its officers, directors, and members, and the owners of the properties which comprise the site for EastFest activities.
• Participants will supply to EastFest a certificate of insurance verifying a commercial general liability policy with combined single limits of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence, with a $1,000,000.00 policy aggregate limit, and will name as additional insured EastFest, Eastside Bloomington, Inc. and its officers, directors, and members, and the owners of the properties which comprise the site for EastFest activities (see festival guidelines for specific names of additional insureds).
