Scholar's Inn BakehouseThe Bakehouse, modeled after European artisanal bakeries, began its operations in August of 1995. Today, there are only 12 other bakeries in the U.S. that sell Michael London's licensed bread recipes. In the summer of 2001, Scholars Inn purchased the bakery. Scholars Inn Bakehouse breads and pastries are currently sold at several Bloomington and Indianapolis locations, including local Farmers' Markets, multiple retail outlets, and both Scholars Inn Gourmet Café and Wine Bar restaurants.
