All participants must comply with attached Festival Guidelines. Food servers must comply with all Monroe County Health Department requirements, including the obtaining of any necessary permits. "Temporary Food Operations Checklist" supplied by the Monroe County Health Department is attached for your convenience. Alcoholic beverages may not be served at EastFest. Submitting a sign-up form indicates that you accept, agree to and will comply with all festival guidelines as stated on the attached document entitiled "Festival Guidelines".
